Remote support plus real field service

Many issues can be resolved remotely, but networks, cabling, wireless, commercial audio and AV, phones, cameras, access control and specialty equipment eventually require someone onsite. Ascent combines both models so clients are not forced to find a different contractor every time a problem leaves the desktop.
